The trees are tall behind the house
Momma died this morning
I love to look at the nests so high up in the branches
The casket isn’t brown
I read this book once about sounds birds make when they sing
Are you still called an orphan at 16?
The birds are quiet today but at least the clouds are blue
She died in my arms
I think it’s kind that the trees left spaces we can walk around
Dad came with his new wife
If you walk around the trees, the forest doesn’t end
Is it a family if there’s just one person left in it?
So many leaves beneath my feet
Family of one
This is by far the most touching piece that I have read produced by you. I dono why, maybe it’s because I know a little bit of the inspirations behind it, but whatever reason it is, I have really got connected to it and I can feel the Grief, Pain, Loneliness in it. Buh what I can tell you now is that, You aint alone for that matter. you always have a friend, shoulder, strong hold, in me for that matter. STAY STRONG, The lil ones gain the strength from you.. REMEMBER THAT. Conrad James
